22/11/2022 TE2C PRESENTS THE NEW AERONAUTICAL PLAN FOR BIHAC AIRPORT

A presentation of the aeronautical study  for Bihac Airport, conducted by TECNO ENGINEERING 2C with the assistance of Euroing, was held today. This is the first step to indicate the direction in which the airport project can be developed and what type of airport complex can be built on the site planned.

It is very important to note that this study covers all air operations within a radius of fifteen to thirty kilometers from the starting point of contact at the runway for take-off and landing, all reference obstacles were taken into account and certain corrections were made. The study proved that a runway with one hundred and fifty seats can be built at the airport, with the possibility of expanding the aforementioned runway, which would mean that aircraft with a capacity of up to two hundred seats could land at the airport.

In the past three months, the hard work of TE2C and EuroIng in cooperation with the City and JP Aerodrom Bihać, through funds provided by the Government of the Federation of BiH, has resulted in positive progress through this study, which provides the prerequisites for the continuation of the construction of the entire airport complex.
